Vesi-SEC Micro-96 applies the same centrifugal SEC principle as Vesi-SEC Micro in a plate-based format.

Each well accommodates 50–100 µL of sample, allowing up to 96 samples to be purified in parallel using a standard plate centrifuge.

The plate format maintains the simple Vesi-SEC workflow while reducing repetitive handling when processing larger sample numbers, making it particularly suited to screening studies, assay development and other high-throughput workflows.

A Simple and Efficient Workflow

Vesi-SEC Micro-96 brings the simplicity of the Vesi-SEC Micro workflow to a 96-well format, enabling multiple samples to be purified simultaneously with minimal handling. Samples are loaded, purified by a single 1-minute centrifugation step and collected directly into the collection plate for downstream analysis.

Designed for high-throughput EV workflows

Vesi-SEC Micro-96 enables rapid, parallel purification across a range of EV workflows. The 96-well format is particularly suited to studies involving large sample numbers or multiple experimental conditions, including:

  • Large cohort studies – process multiple biological samples in parallel.
  • Screening & assay development – efficiently compare multiple samples, conditions or assay parameters.
  • Method optimisation – rapidly test variables such as labelling concentration, incubation conditions or sample preparation.
  • Fluorescence-based EV analysis – rapidly remove unbound dyes and fluorescently labelled antibodies prior to flow cytometry and other fluorescence-based analyses.

High-throughput plasma EV isolation with Vesi-Omics Micro-96

Vesi-SEC Micro-96, in combination with Vesi-Omics reagent, can be used for scalable EV isolation from plasma.

Vesi-Omics selectively reduces abundant lipoprotein contaminants prior to SEC purification. The Vesi-Omics Micro-96 Kit provides an all-in-one solution for performing this initial precipitation step in a 96-well format, containing both the Vesi-Omics reagent and a dedicated reaction plate.

Following Vesi-Omics treatment, samples can be easily transferred from the reaction plate directly to Vesi-SEC Micro-96 for rapid centrifugal SEC purification. Together, the two products provide a streamlined workflow for processing up to 96 plasma samples in parallel, from initial lipoprotein reduction through to purified EV samples.
